The life cycle of a business is in constant motion. Competition sharpens, cycles keep shortening, crises arrive more often than they used to — and the result is an uncertain world in which a great many companies are navigating blind and hoping to make port.

Meeting that takes a culture built to adapt to market: agility and resilience together, carried by innovation and creativity.

At M&2N our vision — to become a pioneer and a leader in consulting for green international trade facilitation and for the support of growth-stage SMEs — has served as our compass. It is held in place by our values: integrity and excellence, and with them respect, quality and trust. Those are what allowed us to come through successive crises alongside our clients and partners rather than apart from them.

We made a deliberate strategic choice to diversify — to work across the key sectors of advisory and business support, and to open outward internationally, above all toward the African continent.

Our values
