Mentoring
Founders and project holders, from the first idea through financing and into acceleration.
We work with young, entrepreneurial and aspiring people who have a concept or an idea for a business, and we help them make it something deliverable.
That sentence is easy to write and hard to do. The gap between an idea and a business is not mainly a gap in enthusiasm — it is a gap in evidence, in structure, and in the specific unglamorous work of making a model that survives its own numbers.
Who this is for
- Founders at the ideation stage, before there is anything to show
- Early-stage startups and small businesses looking for their first external financing
- Cooperatives formalising and preparing to grow
- Project holders inside larger organisations
What we do
Ideation and validation. Turning an idea into a proposition that can be tested, and testing it before the money goes in rather than after.
Business model and plan. The model first, then the plan. A plan built on a model nobody stress-tested is a document, not a decision tool.
Financing readiness. Preparing the business and the founder for the conversation with a bank, an investor or a public programme — including the parts founders reliably underprepare, which are governance, unit economics, and the questions they hope will not be asked.
Acceleration. Once financing lands, the failure mode changes: the constraint stops being money and becomes execution capacity. We stay through that shift.
How we run it
Long-term, and deliberately so. Mentoring compressed into a single workshop is a talk, not mentoring. Our incubation practice takes projects across phases, and the relationships that have worked best have run for years across ideation, financing and growth.
We are also direct. A founder is better served by being told early that a model does not work than by being encouraged politely through eighteen months of finding out.
As a cooperative, we were supported by M&2N CONSULTING’s incubation practice from the ideation phase right through to securing financing. Their support was invaluable — active listening and a real ability to help us work through our challenges, which let us map out our own path toward excellence. We are now in the acceleration phase and still call on M&2N CONSULTING: a long-term partnership that is a real mark of success in post-financing entrepreneurship support.

Most engagements start with a problem that does not yet have a clean name. You do not need a brief, a budget or a defined scope to begin the conversation.
